At first price of local ,DDD
,international and GSM numbers must be entered by PC or
telephone .
Device checks numbers of called and determines where is
called,compares these numbers with before numbers which
were in its memory .and
determines total
call by multiply price of unit counter with
time of call .
Time of counter adjustment ( 0.1 sec - 10 min )

HOW
DOES IT COUNT THE COSTS?

The device begins to charge
after reversal signal or "C" tone as
soon as the dialed number answers the call, then it
makes billing according price and time which is entered
to program.
When receiver is closed ,billing also stops.
